Virginia lives at the bottom of the world, in the small triangular shaped land mass of Tasmania, Australia. She was born in Germany and arrived in the land of horrifically large spiders at five years of age. Her German is ‘very good’ according to Anne (who is being kind), but she still struggles with words like ‘Kühlschrank’ and ‘Zwiebeln.’
The Karen-whisperer
At the ripe age of 43, Virginia embodies the saying ‘age is just a number, baby’ and brings years of experience of taming the unsatisfied customer to the table. Her superpower is customer service and the power of the written word – relying on the much younger Anne to ‘do the computer stuff!’ Virginia loves working out, medieval history, metal, obsessing over her adorable cats Pixie and Ghost and coming up with explanations for her son’s questions on everything and anything! With a strong dislike for ‘being told what to do,’ Virginia realised she needed to run her own show with another like-minded soul and ta da! Dual Defiance was born.
