Returning items

Hosiery is generally excluded from returns for hygienic reasons. However, it is our greatest concern that you are satisfied. Therefore, please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the goods at hello@dualdefiance.com, if:

• the item does not fit you
• you do not like the item
• there are quality issues
• there are any other problems surrounding your order or goods.

We will reply to you as soon as possible and find a solution together so that everyone is happy in the end! ♥

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke the present purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any further reasons.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you personally, or a person authorized by you - except the carrier of the goods - have received the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please let us know. It is sufficient if you send us an e-mail to hello@dualdefiance.com, in which you also indicate the order number and e-mail address of the order.

The date of sending your cancellation notice is decisive for the observance of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

In case of a withdrawal you have to return the goods unworn (which means: the hosiery has never been worn, not even for trying them on) and at your own expense. As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund all payments made by you within a maximum of 14 days, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that you used to place the order. The refund of payments will not generate any additional costs for you.

If you have tried on the goods, a cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please contact us anyway - we will always find a solution! To do this, you can always write us a message via e-mail or through the contact form.
